Bei is a stylish store that renovated an old house. It is a select shop that has Udon, sweets and curry made with rice flour from Niigata. It is surprising that there are so many products using rice flour, even though Niigata is well known for rice production area. The famous 'Usagi-yaki' (from 230 yen including tax) has a great combination of the chewy texture of the rice flour dough and the creamy texture of the various types of cream. In addition to the standard Ogura (sweet red bean paste) and custard, they also have seasonal flavors.
